Five days.
You showed up for all of them.
Before anything else… notice that.
That consistency is the thing you were looking for.
I’m genuinely proud of you…
she stopped waiting
to be chosen
and became
the one who chooses
Today’s prompt:
Look back at your five days of writing.
Read what you wrote.
Underline the one line you wrote that landed hardest….
your words, not mine….
That line is your center.
Everything you rebuild starts from there.
That’s the whole practice….you already have the voice.
You just needed the questions.
If these five gave you something, there are twenty-five more.
I built the full journal, the woman rebuilding herself — a 30-day journal + POETRY as a 30-day version of exactly this — the harder questions, the ones that take you all the way through. Same voice, same pace, meant to be done slowly. The five days you just finished were the opening. This is the rest of the door.
It’s here: GET IT HERE
Thank you for writing with me this week.
