#31: Before the Coffee Brews

There’s a shift happening within your heart…. your soul and mind has begun to follow as well. You’ve taken on so many lessons over the years, some of which have left you tired, your heart weary from all the times you’ve given energy to people, places and things that proved unworthy of all that you have to give and everything you embody as you show up for your life and try to show yourself to the ones you believed you needed or the ones you thought deserved that energy from you but here as you read this… you see a bit more clearly, clarity has not always been a friend but here and now, clarity visits you with open arms and each day, you’ve found yourself walking toward that warmth, that light, that new and clear understanding of what needs to happen next.

More than ever, your life is yours, more than ever, your heart has reached a deep desire to return to sender… you are in a mode of discovering that you are fully capable of giving yourself everything you have required from others…. the things that people refused to offer or match or provide…. you are discovering that you alone are enough for yourself and that is a rare find.

I’m proud of you for surviving, I’m proud of you for remembering yourself and that you alone are deserving of everything you have to offer. I’m proud of you for remembering to treat yourself like someone you’re in love with…..

Let me say that again but differently…. it’s important to treat yourself like someone you’re in love with!
